Health care of the abdomen Keeping the abdomen warm In addition to keeping the abdomen warm in daily life, old and weak people may use the “abdominal wrapper” or the “abdominal hand” for health care.
The abdominal wrapper: Beat moxa to make it soft. Then, spread it evenly. Put silk floss on it. Place the moxa and silk floss or cotton into a two-layer abdominal wrapper. Finally, tie the abdominal wrapper around the abdomen. The abdominal band: tie the seven-to eight-cun-wide band around the waist and abdominal region. Both the abdominal wrapper and abdominal band can be padded with medicinal power with the warming action to make the abdomen warmer.
Massage Massaging the abdomen is actually massaging the stomach and intestine. It is especially advisable to massage the part after the meal. The specific method is as follows.
